Name of Product: LCD television wall mounts
Hazard: The wall mount can crack when used with televisions 26 inches and larger or with televisions that include a DVD player. The television can then fall from the wall mount and pose a serious risk of injury to consumers standing nearby.
Description: These wall mounts are used with flat screen LCD televisions. The recalled wall mounts are INIT models NT-TVM103 and NT-TVM104. The model numbers can be found on the UL sticker on the television interface.
Sold at: Best Buy stores nationwide from June 2007 through December 2008 for between $60 and $90.

Name of Product: High School Musical Manicure Kits
Hazard: The lettering "HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL" with glitter on the pouch used with the manicure kit contains excess levels of lead. Lead can be toxic if ingested by young children and cause adverse health effects.
Description: This recall involves the pouch that contains the "High School Musical" manicure kit. The 7-1/2 inch by 4-3/4 inch plastic see-through pouch has a pink zipper with "High School Musical" printed in yellow gold with glitter and "Sharpay" printed in dark red on one side.
Sold by: LTD Commodities and ABC distributing catalogs and Web Sites and on www.lakeside.com from September 2008 to November 2008 for about $11.

Name of Product: Lip Gloss Keychains
Hazard: The metal clasp attached to the keychain contains high levels of lead. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.
Description: This recall involves lip gloss with a metal clasp keychain attached to the cap by a chain. Markings on the lip gloss container read, "Lip Gloss," "Brillant á lèvres," "Fantasy Makers®" and "from the creators of Wet n Wild."
Sold at: Rite Aid, Kmart, Fred Meyer and Wal-Mart Stores nationwide during October 2008 for about $1.

Name of Product: Stationary Bicycle Trainers
Hazard: A handle pin on the bicycle trainer can loosen during use, causing the machine to become disengaged, and pose a fall hazard to consumers.
Description: The recalled trainers are a stationary frame that allows bicycles to be converted into stationary bicycles. The recalled models include: CycleOps Pro Series Trainer models 9014 (SuperMagneto Pro), 9331 (JetFluid Pro), 9460 (PowerBeam Pro), 9321 (JetFluid Pro Winter Training Kit), and 9322 (SuperMagneto Pro Winter Training Kit) without the secondary locking pin. The model number and style names are printed on the left side of the main frame of the trainer.
Sold at: Independent bicycle retailers nationwide from October 2008 through November 2008 for between about $400 and $1200.

Name of Product: Tony Hawk Boy's Pajama Sets
Hazard: This sleepwear fails to meet the federal children's sleepwear flammability standard, and poses a risk of burn injury to children.
Description: The recall involves the following skateboard-themed boy's pajama sets: "Boards Estate" (item # TH005LSB), "Heathen Skull" (item #TH006BSB), "Backspray" (item #TH007GSB) and "Stix Jester" (item #TH008RSB). The name of the product and item number are sewn in the neck and pant. The items were sold in sizes 4 to 14.
Sold at: Kohl's Department Stores nationwide from September 2008 through October 2008 for about $30.

Name of Product: Rheem, Ruud and United Refrigeration Oil-Fired Furnaces
Hazard: If the furnace is not properly wired, the oil burner can continue to operate when the blower shuts off, posing a fire hazard to consumers.
Description: This recall involves oil-fired furnaces sold under the Rheem, Ruud and United Refrigeration brands. Only the models beginning with the model numbers listed in the chart below and with date codes ending in 0106 through 5206, 0107 through 5207, or 0108 through 4808 are included in this recall. The model number and date code (designated by the four digits following an "M" in the middle of the serial number) are printed on the unit's rating plate, which is on the left wall of the furnace's interior just above the burner. The rating plate can be found by opening the unit's burner access door, which has slotted openings
