Name of Product: Rolling Toy Xylophones

Hazard: The pegs on the xylophone can break, posing a choking hazard to children.

Description: The recalled product is a rolling xylophone made of metal, wood and plastic. It has four wheels and a string to pull the toy. The xylophone has eight metal bars, each of which is attached with two pegs. The name 'Janod' is printed on each side between the wheels, and on the back wheels.

Sold at: The Land of Nod catalogue, Web site (www.landofnod.com), and retail stores nationwide from October 2007 through March 2008 for about $45.

Name of Product: 2009 model year TCR Advanced SL and SL (ISP) Bicycles and Frame

Hazard: The density of the steerer tubes can cause the forks to crack and break, posing a fall hazard to the consumer.

Description: This recall involves 2009 TCR Advanced SL Team, SL 0, SL 1, SL 2, and SL (ISP) model bicycles and frames in silver, charcoal, blue and red. The words "Giant" and "TCR Advanced SL" are printed on the frame. Steerer tubes with "B", "N" or "P" at the end of the serial number are not included in this recall. Other "TCR" model bicycles are not included in the recall.

Sold by: Authorized Giant Bicycle dealers nationwide from August 2008 through December 2008 for between $3,300 and $7,500.

Name of Product: Children's Sunglasses

Hazard: Surface paint on the recalled sunglasses can contain excessive levels of lead, violating the federal lead paint standard.Incidents/Injuries: None reported.

Description: The two tone sunglasses come in Spiderweb Blue and Spiderweb Red with a spider web etched in between the eyes and "Made in China" engraved on the right-hand side of the frame.

Sold by: Party stores, discount dollar stores, and hardware stores nationwide from May 2007 through August 2008 for between $1 and $5.

Name of Product: Rainforest(tm) Portable Play Yards manufactured by Simplicity Inc. and SFCA Inc.

Hazard: One or more rails can collapse unexpectedly, posing a fall or entrapment hazard to young children.

Description: The recalled play yards are portable and were sold with a bassinet, changing table, and mobile features. The products have a Rainforest(tm) patterned fabric, Rainforest themed artwork and bear the "Fisher-Price" logo. The Simplicity Inc. model numbers are 5310 RNF, 5310RNFC, and 5310RNFW. The model number is located on a sticker on one of the legs underneath the play yard.

Sold at: Retailers and specialty children's stores nationwide from January 2007 through January 2009 for about $100.

Name of Product: Bosch(r) and Siemens(r) Model Dishwashers

Hazard: An electrical component in certain model dishwashers can overheat, posing a fire hazard to consumers.

Description: This recall involves certain Bosch(r) and Siemens(r) dishwashers manufactured from May 1999 through July 2005. The brand name is printed on the dishwasher's front control panel. Model and serials numbers are located inside the dishwasher door panel on the upper right side.

Name of Product: Infantino Lion and Lamb Grabby Rattles(tm)

Hazard: The tail-piece on the rattles can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Description: The recalled Infantino Lamb and Lion Grabby Rattles(tm) are shaped like a lamb and lion respectively. Each has a ring-shaped body and an Infantino elliptical logo stamped on the front right foot of the animal. Rattles without tails on the animals and products with production codes of 0108 and 0508 are not affected by this recall. The production code is printed behind the ear in a dial format with the year (08) in the middle of a circle and an arrow pointing to the number on the circle (01 or 05) that indicates the month.

Sold at: Wal-Mart, Babies "R" Us and other specialty stores nationwide from May 2007 through September 2008 for between $3 and $4.
