Smarty Pants Product of the Week - Peek

Product
Peek
Smarty Pants Review
Want the portability of checking your email on the go but don’t want to subscribe to some hefty data package for your phone? If so, Peek could be exactly what you need! Over the past month I have thoroughly enjoyed keeping up with my SmartyPantsMama email while getting my haircut, at the grocery and even sitting in the car waiting to pick the munchkin up from nursery school. It’s great! I can honestly say that it is SUPER easy to set up, a sure sign that it is SUPER easy to use. To test my theory, I used my not so tech savvy mother as a guinea pig. She was able to easily check and respond to an email in just 2 minutes - proving that Peek is truly a Smart Product for Smart Moms!!!
Why is it a Smarty Pants of Product?
I really see Peek as a budget-minded mom’s tool. It’s not a $300 phone with a $50 monthly charge. While some of us may want or even need all the bells and whistles, Peek gives us simply stated and accessed email. Just perfect!
Retail Value
$99 for the device and $20/month for no contract subscription!

Don't know if I need something for just email but here goes: my local library uses email to notify us of books that have come in and upcoming due dates. I've arrived home, unpacked everyone and every thing only to find an email from the library saying a book I've been waiting for is at their counter for me. It wouldn't have been nice to know that BEFORE I got home! LOL

Between driving my son to school, picking him up. Driving my daughter to school, picking her up. Driving daughter to her work, picking her up. Driving son to sports events and practices and waiting to drive back home. Making dinner on the go. This sounds like a great little invention that would make me a smart mom because I wouldn't be doing the 'fly by' emails back to friends and family because I don't have the time to respond back to them properly.

Great giveaway!

What a wonderful giveaway for a very cool product! Peek can help me be a Smart Mom by giving me the freedom to stay connected with my husband, children and friends even while I am not at home! I have a 5 month old daughter and 2 other young children and I am constantly on the go doing something with one of them. Whether it is taking the kids to doctors appointment, or grocery shopping, or taking care of work assignments and I have no way to stay in touch with necessary people effectively when I am doing these activities! This ultra cool device will enable me to have peace of mind knowing I can in deed know about important messages while on the road and it will save me from so much unnecessary anxiety wondering all the time what I am missing out on when I can't be home! Thank you so much for the opportunity to enter.

I am an English Language Tutor, who works with about 20 children daily. Sometimes, teachers need to update me on lessons, or specials, and are unable to do so, as I am in my classroom with other students, or on route to picking up or dropping off students. To update me when I pick up the student takes away the actual time I would be doing a lesson with the student. This would allow teachers to send me a message that I could read on route (no need to be logged on my computer) to their individual classrooms. Very helpful. Thanks for this chance.
